John Cowley

John Cowley has 20 years in international CEO turnaround roles with corporates such as BTR, and 10 years working for investors and lenders as an interim executive. He has saved and grown start-ups, SMEs, and global multi-site operations >£100M, and has worked across many markets and technologies. He has graduated from the Harvard Advanced Management Program, and from Cambridge University in Natural Sciences, and focuses on manufacturing and logistics.

Paul Hampton

As a CEO/CRO experienced in change agendas, with a background in trans-national management, marketing and sales, Paul is trilingual in English, French and Spanish and matches this with practical working knowledge of European business cultures. Geraint Howells is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years experience as a partner in a top 20 practice advising clients in the media, entertainment and intellectual property sectors on a range of issues including cash management, employee incentive schemes and the valuation of IP rights. He has experience of taking £10 Million+ clients on to the AIM market, financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisitions, expert witness evidence, designing and assisting in the implementation of internal systems and ‘hand holding’ directors through periods of change.
