  • When PE are looking to exit an investment in the next 12-18 months, Postern can bring support on the sell-side by "stapling" an operational review on to the vendors VDD, which often is largely financial.  We can bring that supplemental ODD support with a view to improving enterprise value - where necessary implementing any requisite operational changes needed – and “dress” the investment for sale.
